Appliance pickup and deliveryBought a fridge and cannot get it home? Need the washing machine moved to the new place without booking a full removal? This is a dedicated pickup and delivery run for appliances only. Two movers, proper appliance trolleys, transported upright and strapped, with the price capped in writing before we roll.
Appliances are heavy, awkward, and easy to damage if they are handled like a cardboard box. These are the ones we shift most.
Carried and transported upright wherever access allows, strapped to an appliance trolley, doors secured so nothing swings on the stairs.
Front loaders and top loaders, plus wall-mounted dryers taken down and delivered. Drums are heavy and shift in transit, so they get strapped properly.
Freestanding and slot-in units collected from the store or the old kitchen and delivered to the spot they are going, ready for your installer.
Bought it from a retailer, a clearance outlet or a private seller? Give us the address and we collect it, no need for you to be there.
Appliance delivery starts from $50. That is a real starting price for a straightforward job: one smaller appliance, a short local trip, and ground-floor or easy access at both ends. Most jobs are close to it, and the ones that are not are usually easy to explain before you book.
Three things move the number, and none of them are a surprise on the day:
The number you get is the number you pay. Once we know the appliance, the two addresses and the access, we put the price in writing. If the job then takes longer than we thought, that is on us, not added to your bill. That is the same Capped-Price Promise that applies to a full house move.
Moving more than one thing, or a few pieces of furniture alongside the appliance? Our single item removals service covers that, and a whole kitchen or house is a house removal. If you are not sure which one you need, call us and we will tell you honestly which is cheaper for your job.
From your first message to the appliance sitting where you want it, usually inside a day.
The appliance, the pickup address and the delivery address. A photo helps if you are not sure of the size, and so does a heads-up about stairs.
Back within the hour, 7am to 7pm, in writing. It covers the travel, the two movers, the trolleys and the straps, with nothing added at the door.
We deal with the store or the seller directly if you are not there, secure the doors, load it upright and let you know it is on the way.
Carried in, set down exactly where you want it, packaging taken away if you would rather not deal with it.
Most appliance damage does not happen on the road. It happens in the doorway, on the stairs, or in the ten seconds someone decides to tip a fridge on its side because it will not fit otherwise. A fridge laid flat can push compressor oil into the cooling lines, and switching it on too soon afterwards is one of the quickest ways to kill it. We keep them upright where the access allows, and on the rare job where an appliance genuinely has to go down to get out of a space, we tell you at the time and how long to leave it standing before you plug it in.
The same goes for washing machines. The drum inside is heavy and suspended, and a machine that gets bounced around without being secured can arrive with damaged suspension that you will not notice until the first spin cycle. If you still have the transit bolts that came with the machine, dig them out and we will fit them before it moves.
We deliver the appliance and put it where you want it. We do not connect it. Plumbing in a washing machine or a dishwasher, and hardwiring an oven or a cooktop, are jobs for a licensed plumber or electrician, and having an unlicensed person do that work can void your warranty and your home insurance. We would rather tell you that up front than take the booking and leave you with a problem. If it is a simple plug-in appliance going into an existing power point, you can of course plug it in yourself once it is standing where it belongs.
Appliance delivery starts from $50. That entry price is for a straightforward job: one smaller appliance, a short local trip, and ground floor or easy access at both ends. Size, distance and stairs are what move the number up. Whatever the job, you get the price capped in writing before we start, so there is no surprise at the door.
Yes, that is exactly what this service is for. One fridge, one washing machine, one dryer. There is no minimum job size and no need to book a whole truck you do not need.
Yes. We collect from retailers, clearance outlets, warehouses, auction houses and private sellers on Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree. Send us the pickup address and the seller or store contact, and we will coordinate the collection directly.
We deliver the appliance and place it where you want it, but we do not connect it. Plumbing a washing machine or dishwasher, and hardwiring an oven or cooktop, are jobs for a licensed plumber or electrician. Doing it any other way can void your warranty and is not something we will pretend to cover.
We can take the old one out at the same time if you tell us when you book, so we allow the room on the truck and the time on site. Where it goes after that, whether that is a tip, a recycler or another address, changes the price, so let us know what you want done with it.
Yes. Transit and goods-in-care cover applies from the moment we pick it up until we set it down at the other end, whether it is one appliance or a full house of furniture. If we damage it, we repair or replace it.
Yes. Two movers, appliance trolleys and straps come as standard. Tell us how many flights and whether there is a lift when you book, because that is one of the main things that changes both the time and the price.
We transport fridges and freezers upright wherever the vehicle and the doorway allow, because that is what the manufacturers recommend. If an appliance genuinely has to be laid down to get it out of a space, we will tell you at the time and let you know how long to stand it upright before switching it on, which is usually several hours.
Often the same day. We run seven days, and appliance jobs are quick to slot in because they do not take a full crew and a full day. You will have a capped price back within the hour, 7am to 7pm, along with the soonest slot we have.
Not necessarily. If you have bought from a store or a private seller, give us their address and contact number and we will handle the collection without you there, then call you once it is on the truck. Someone does need to be at the delivery end to tell us where it goes.
All of Sydney. Travel across the metro area is already inside the capped price we quote you, so a delivery that crosses a few suburbs does not attract a separate travel fee on top.
Yes please, if it has been running. Empty it, defrost the freezer and dry the inside, ideally the day before. A fridge that is still wet or full is heavier, harder to handle safely, and can leak water through your hallway on the way out.
Tell us what it is and where it is going. Capped price back within the hour, 7am to 7pm, and often on the truck the same day.
