Is the quote binding?

The cap is. Your move can come in under the number we give you, and if the job runs past it, the extra hours are on us. The one exception is if the inventory changes substantially on the day, and we'll always talk to you before anything changes.

Do you need to visit my home first?

Usually not. A phone run-through of your rooms and access covers most moves. For large homes or tricky access we might ask for a quick video walkthrough, and we only suggest an in-person visit when it genuinely protects your price.

What if I'm not sure of my moving date yet?

Put down your best guess. Your quote stays valid for the period shown on it, and you can shift the date with us inside that window. We'd rather you have the number early than wait for settlement day to firm up.
